Booking Policies
Rates are in US Dollars are based per apartment, per night, depending on the capacity of each apartment and are subject to change. Billing processed in Mexican Pesos. Summer rates subject to availability. Daily rates do not include tax and transfer fees. Cribs are available upon request, with no extra charge.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum length of stay may apply. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel agent to obtain updated information. Christmas/New Year's season bookings require a seven-night minimum stay. Other major holidays require a four-night minimum stay.
Meal Plan Options
American Breakfast Plan = $4 per person,
Continental Breakfast = $4 per person
Deposit & Cancellations
Reservations require a major credit card as guarantee, at the time of booking.
For Christmas/New Year's season, special deposit and cancellation policy apply.
Charges apply if you reservation is cancel or modified with 10 days prior to the arrival day, depending on the notice given, as follow:
More than 10 days- No Charge
Cancellation or changes made 9 to 3 day before the arrival_ 50% penalty
No show or Changes made after the check in_ 100% penalty
Arrival & Departure
Guests may check in after 2:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. daily. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
Pets are not allowed
